He Came - He Died - He Lives - He Reigns

The day dawn breaks; the shadows are nowhere in sight. The earth quakes; Angels came into sight. Mary came to anoint her Lord. Peter and John ran to the tomb in search of their Lord. Know ye not that tomb is empty? Behold, it is empty! Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here; He is risen from the dead. The great redeemer died to make a way; He resurrected and became the way. He came to show the way That man may not go astray. He came that man may learn to forgive; He died that man may live. He died and took our sins away; A reconciliation that turn the night to day. He died in shame to conquer death; He lives in glory and reigns above death. Oh, what songs of the heart sang by the early saints. Sweet hosanna filled the mouth of latter saints.
