Have you ever stopped
Just to smile?
Have you ever seen anything
As picture perfect
As a Thomas Kinkade painting
Or a Robert Frost poem?
Have you ever just
Taken a moment
To not let it out,
But just let it go?
Have you ever stepped forward
To understand what others haven't?
Have you ever taken a step back
To let others catch up?
Have you ever been thought of
As inspirational
For just being thoughtful?
Have you ever been inspired
By that special song?
Have you ever considered
That you have saved a life
Just by living?
Have you ever cried
Because the love of one person
Could be so beautiful?

Taken the time
