Lustful love like monsoon rain,
thunders down and is soon gone,
true love like an endless chain,
every new day is reborn.
you find that glow in her eyes,
in her tender nurtured smile,
that love she springs to surprise,
to bring back youth from exile!
creases of age on the face,
some silver streaks mark her hair,
these only enhance her grace,
mellowed times, memories share!
so in your arms hold her close,
this happy Valentine’s day,
give her the gift of red rose,
for lasting love let us pray!
