Happy Fathers Day

Wishing all fathers a Happy Fathers Day. Included are Fathers that for some
reason or another your Son or Daughter on this Special Day failed to call you and Wish you A Happy Fathers Day, from the bottom of my heart I know your pain. So for those that are feeling down because you were neglected today, don't lose hope. Know that if you felt hurt, it is because you are a loving Father, and you love your child. God heal your hearts... and may the Lord give you comfort, on this Special day Honoring You...

How sweet of you to rember wolves fathers, that our forgotten on thing day. Sometimes, Michael, we make online friends more important than our own relatives! That is just a shame. yes, that is sad that many fathers are not recognized as mothers are (probably because so many fathers are 'absent" in the child's life, and yet some are truly wonderful) A very nice tribute of you to post.

You have expressed the pain and hurt feeling of a father who is neglected by his children. To a father who loves his children such neglects are painful. Some years ago my son was travelling abroad, I had no message on Mother's Day - I then found out his calendar was set to the USA Mother's Day not the UK one lol:-) hugs jan xx

Thank you Jan. Yes it can be a difficult day. When you love a child and you give your life up for them sacrificing to feed them. to clothe them. to pay for their schooling, to worry about them and to love them with all your heart, and to not hear from them on this special day, it is devastating to a parents Heart and soul. I know may fathers out there are hurting on this day, they hurt because they love their children who are now adults. Jan it is so nice to see your Avatar.
