Charlie Smith Poet Quatrain

Happy Birthday Ms Johnson

The price of wisdom won't go unpaid
As lessons learned enshrine their toll
But dreams will ne'er submit to grey
Nor the immortality of your soul

So sing o' heart that must be heard
To all who wait and cherish grace
Of willing minds that could be stirred
And see true beauty from your face

On this day we pay true due
To one who's life lives as a kiss
With pride to say that once we knew 
One whose thoughts could bring such bliss

Happiness to you always, Ms. Johnson
