Halucinatrix Diaries...Monster 2

The monsters manifest themselves in clever wicked ways, they think I cannot see them wrapped in cellophane and haze but I was taught in childhood how to watch them in between, the edges of the evening and the tragedies I've seen. Sometimes they wrap around you like a shining shawl or cloak sometimes they slither up your spine and shimmer at your throat. they're always at the window or the corner of my eye dancing in the darkness with a silver alibi for staying close to twisted souls who don't know what to do, you see I'm not afraid of them for I'm a monster too.
