Andrea Dietrich's Half Past Summer, Two Months Till Fall Contest... 19 Jul 2025
How could I ignore the dance of a leaf Cascading with warm summer brushed in gold-- Lovers tasting the quiet of relief A contentment lit amidst north-winds cold… And autumn comes...it's charm and flair too brief!

Dear Nette, Reading your lines felt like standing in a sun-drenched meadow just before the chill sneaks back into the air. I think that you capture so perfectly that golden lull between seasons where lovers savor the moment, and even the wind’s edge feels gentle. I sense that it is both romantic and wise. Summer Blessngs, My Dear Nette, Daniel

So poetic and beautifully written, Nette. I was lost in the fall somewhere, lol :)
