Haiku Song

Haiku songs sounds like blues Splashing in a muddy pool White rain with no umbrella Knowing Mother Nature is clever Gracing animals with furry coat Except for man woman you know Howling at the moon on the hill Like a cherry on top windowsill Song of somber seedless fruit Of barren darkness empty womb Song of love sad and lonely Missing dove one and only Tree that stood bent by time Not all green good not all kind Lamenting mahogany broken mind Descendants talking about teal crimes

Karen, the different emotional sentiments work very well in this poem. You have realized something very special about poetry I think. I love just contemplating the images you've created and letting them take me to thoughts of my own. A real pleasure to read. Smiles!!

This is the highest form of compliment that you are inspired to thoughts of your own by anything I have written! Such sweetness comes from a wonderful heart and I shall not take it for granted! Duke I was under the weather and fell behind on communication here but know I treasure your work as well!
