YEAH, WHAT JOAN SAID! Thanks for the placement.. yes, free falling, indeed-y! It felt like I was a horse who'd bucked down the stable door and made for the hills, no joking! I plan to try more modern, but I will always and forever be a fan of the classics. Hmmm... does that make me fickle? Hope you're enjoying summer. It's FLYING here. We bought 'streamers on sticks' for monkey-girl and we spend early evenings running up and down a hill making ribbon-rainbows. Proof that wealth ain't money ;-)

I always enjoy haiku because it is usually about nature and the seasons. Yours is lovely. Thank you so much for giving my little poem such a wonderful placement in your contest.
