I love these kinds of Haiku that go beyond what they say haiku are supposed to do. I do know some modern Haiku writers who use metaphor, etc. Love this.

Andrea, if poetry did not go beyond "what they say" it is supposed to be....well, then I guess it would cease to be poetry. Thanks for stopping to read and comment.

Excellent haiku John, this is really deep... I guess the sun just moves on to light in another place to keep happy...

Thanks Silent One, I like the Haiku as it demands a more succinct approach to content and translates into a more precise approach when I use other forms. Appreciate your comments.
