'Mascara stained trunks', love it but it is a rule bender, remember metaphors are not permitted in haiku. However, once you've learnt the rules and for sure you have, a little bender is acceptable. Kim, I hasten to add I mention this as a good few folk are not aware of some of the finer points of haiku. Casting no aspersions on your good self. Congratulations on your second place... Much respect... Mick

You know what, Mick, I love to bend the rules! I had a real hard time with the haiku class! But I bow to the master of haiku and thank you so much!
