IT RAINED IN THE FOREST

the rain has fallen

and the forest is sighing

thanks


FLOWERS RAISE THEIR HEADS

the birds so quiet

begin to twitter and chirp

loud


SHAKING WITH THEIR JOY

small creatures hidden

under the dripping green leaves

stay


DRINKING THE WET DROPS

Hi Constance, Haiku have become one of my favourite, if not my favourite forms. I see the superb imagery your words does create. I must say i do Love that picture. It just fits in so Lovely with the words. Nature's Journey goes on. An excellent string of Haiku Constance. Well i always enjoy well written Haiku and this string is exactly that. This being the case it is deserving of the seven i give you and it goes into my faves. Good luck in the contest Constance....Vlad.
