Guess I'M Still In Love With You

I came across my first love You were always in my arms Swore we’d never be apart But I let you go Now we are reunited My heart just beats like a drum I can’t take my eyes off you ... My first teddy bear 02~04~15 Syllables 7,7,7,5 Contest: Dodoitsu Dr Ram Mehta

Sweet and charming poem, Jan. Cuddly memories. Btw, my neighbor gave me a teddy monkey this past Valentine's Day. It's adorable just like this poem is. Love always.

Nice to be reunited with something we'd loved since childhood. I hadn't liked dolls, it was those creepy faces frozen in time.:( Their clothes? I'd used bigger pieces to dress our cat. Teddies and stuffed animals, the snugables for sure! Nice write Jan! Best wishes, Mikki

It's just a fun write Debbie - I was reading an article with a student at school about opening a suitcase from the attic and the memories it brought back:-) my own childhood teddy was called 'lying on teddy' he was pretty flat and battered as i literally used to 'lie on him' lol - oh the memories - he may still be in our attic - may find him one day lol:-) Hugs jan xx

Aw, so cute. Would you believe I have Teddy Bears. One with an Argentina Top, the other with the badge. Yep, I like Argentina as a country, and more importantly, it's National Football Team. Keep writing girl, your one of the poets that keeps me here, hugs, James xx

Sadly James I am very disillusioned with the site at the moment - I have serious issues but despite 5 e mails I have no reply - my PM is up on 7th March - it is now up to soup to resolve these issues or I may simply fly - am undecided at the moment:-( Hugs jan xx
