We learn so much from grief my friend. I lost my dog last night Booboo. Watching him gasp for air not being able to do anything for him for he had a bad heart. Telling him I loved him a thousand times. Yes we were lucky to have him extra years through a great Vet Dr. God taught me through this grief how precious life is and how great he is for creating animals that we can love and appreciate. Be well my friend and thank you for posting another truth...I wrote about him in a piece last night...

Michael, I am sorry to hear about your dog. I lost two of mine. One was ten, the other twelve. This was twelve and ten years ago, yet I have never forgotten how much I loved them. It is like losing a child. Luckily I have another dog.

Sorry to hear about your dog's departure and your grief my dearest friend, Michael. Your painful experience I have lived three times with the death of two of my little sisters and the death of my father. Greater the grief, greater the wisdom one gains, although someone might prefer ignorance to wisdom in order to avoid suffering! Thank you for your profound message, my friend. God bless you!
