A lovely inspiring write, James. I'm glad your mother-in-laws have been nice. My wife Sue doesn't get on with her parents so I've never met them - I don't think they even know I exist (we've been together for 19 years).

But even THEIR stay is never long enough. Time is much too fleeting. THIs is wonderful!

The leaves are only still in buds. A couple of warm days and summer is hopefully here. We are so water logged this year I don't know when the farmers will be able to get on the fields. Enjoyed your poem green leaves. God Bless Phyl

Yes sir, so true. I'm from the deep south, and I fear we are in store for a hot one. R.M.

I dread the heat and humidity of the south..Spring is good, fall is good, winter not the greatest but summer is ruff..Sara

And it will be so welcome. We have a nice day today, one of the few we have had this spring. Thank you James for reading and commenting on my "Watching and Waiting." most of my loved ones were taken so fast that I didn't have to go through this stage. I don't know which is worse, the terrible shock or the terrible wait. Love, Joyce
