Grape Lips, San Francisco Moon
Sitting on his lap, facing him.
Aboard the San Francisco Ferry.
The splash of loving waves.
Beneath one, huge San Francisco
moon.
The magic touch of warm, grape-
like kisses.
Pounding hearts beating chest to
chest.
A night etched indelibly in memory
this poet shares.
The moonlight like a kindly priest,
blessing them.
On this most unusual holy, silvery,
shimmering amorous event.
~Amen!~
