Goodbye, My Love

          Farewell sweet love, au revoir,
     Red lips, red as wine stain your cold death stone -
I feel a yearning in my soul and a choking in my voice,
      There is no goodbye in my sad weeping.
             Sleep in eternal peace love.

          Godspeed, on your journey,
     For beyond this life is another called Heaven -
Oh, parting is so hard that I will think of it tomorrow,
      And tomorrow and tomorrow, forever.
            Adieu, adieu my true love.

My favorite line is " Red lips, red as wine stain your cold death stone"- oh my, stained ruby kisses on the tomb of a loved one. So powerful lady. I loved this and I know so will Nayda.
