Brisk brush strokes tint A poise that mints Look to crisp choice To echo voice Here for a day Brief as wordplay Love is not lost Fate counts the cost Gone too soon here To better spheres Memory paints Pictures most quaint Each soul moves forth To a high north Bear with the pain Such lovely strains And in the end Each soul transcends Leon Enriquez 14 January 2019 Singapore
