        Pink Floyd

        Such cruel misery, shocking
        Parents generation distanced themselves
        "The Dark Side of the Moon"
        Psychedelic rock,
        they could not believe -
        or did not want to believe
        Hallucinogens on vinyl !
                                         Surrealistic !
        "Is There Anybody Out There?"
        Worldwide recognition
        "Shine On You Crazy Diamond"
        Pink Floyd - giants without a doubt
        innovative in their; "Time"
        "Oh, By the Way"
                                  ...  "Have a Cigar"

Anne-Lise I remember the first time I saw and heard Pink Floyd, my brother brought the album home and I have listened to his songs over the years. Great Poem honoring that band. Thank you for sharing Hugs...

Anne Lise, like many others, I adored Pink Floyd too. Plus, the poetry you wrote is perfect for the subject. The phrase "psychedelic rock" was very appealing to me.

:))) I can remember. I got through it...but I a lot we started, destroyed the next generation. Some became poets...and some no longer became.
