God's Thumbnail
God’s ‘’Thumbnail’’
An angel from God’s ‘’thumbnail’’
touched my heart one winter night,
filled my car with spirit wonder
let me know she was all right.
In fifteen years, the moon has often
been a sliver in the sky.
But not before this moment
has distinction caught my eye.
Blessed daughter of the cosmos
what a Christmas gift you brought.
Our memory of God’s ‘’thumbnail’’ proves
your life was not for naught.
