Gods of War
Ancient shadows eclipse the Sun,
Terror descends from the skies.
Immortal chaos seeks revenge,
The death of Man the only prize.
Our destiny was once foretold,
From written scrolls of the past.
Long forgotten sands of time,
Too late, for now the die is cast.
Pure wrath glows from envious eyes,
No longer favored by the Gods.
With sword and shield on blooded wings,
Survivals chance against the odds.
Armies vast, released by Ares,
Their symbols etched on darkened door.
Reminders to the reign of Man,
The Sun will rise on Earth no more.
