God Told Moses ' Write Done These Words' - Exodus 34: 27-28

God gave Moses instructions never forgotten 'write down these words' this Moses did words that would change Moses life now His name would never be hid God announced His own covenant made with Isreal a people He chose and with Moses His leader to be who would be God's weapon over His foes 40 days and 40 nights Moses spent there with His Lord for so long not any food or anything to drink but his Lord's presence was his song From this point, God gave to Moses His ten commandments to spread abroad this HIs law that would show their sin obedience to it would escape God's rod At this point, man clearly needed a saviour only God could be that special one His son Jesus would fill this role dying for our sin God's will be done! ("Then the Lord said to Moses, "Write down these words, for in accordance with them I have made a covenant with you and with Israel." So Moses stayed there with the Lord for forty days and forty nights, without eating any food or drinking any water, and he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.) Gordon, I do take a bit too long to answer you, but as you must have understood, love your religious accounts of the Old and New Testaments - The Old Testament fascinates me and The New Testament I find so spiritual. God Bless you Gordon, Hugs Jennifer.

Wonderful Gordon. I do hope Gershon Wolfe reads this one so it will give him a measure of peace. He is so unhappy right now with all that is going on in Israel. He worries for his people. This verse is so filled with hope and love for His Chosen People. As always a fave for me. God Bless, JB
