God Sees The Unseen

When a breeze arises,
it causes smoke to erratically shift.
Life follows an undisclosed path,
and like smoke, we too, often drift.
We look into a fogged mirror,
and only a half truth is revealed.
Thoughts being born, at that moment,
remain to most, concealed.
But when peeled, is our outer veneer,
The ugliness that from others is hidden.
God knows/sees our heart,
and by wedding invitation we’re bidden.
