God Says ' I Will Be With You' -Isaiah 43:2
The Lord is the keeper of His promises
in His word showing His authority so high
the waters are going over our heads
but the Lord is with us when we cry
When the rivers threaten to overwhelm
God holds the waters so we'll not drown
such is the Lord's mercy upon us
for the Lord is the glory and the crown
Burning flames normally so painful
but the Lord's promise is we will not burn
as God was with Moses in the Red Sea
equally, His promise sure will not turn
These flames shall not consume
never will they overpower us at all
'I will be with you' so says God
A promise the Lord will indeed call
(Isaiah 43:2:
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.”)
