Given a Shove
My friend shared a tiktok
Some 'rustic', good advice
It's cheered me up immensely
And made me feel nice
I've now had a cup of tea
Snuggled with the dog
I'm going to get outside
My brain I will unfog
I'm not quite sure where I'll go
Or what I'll get up to
Just move about and interact
Improve my point of view
