Girl With a Lovely Face
V-ile weather turns fine,
A-fter the storm fades away;
N-ew dawn early Monday
G-ives warmth to the gray.
I-t's February twenty-seventh morn, meeting the sweet smiling sunlight;
E-vening shadows disappear into the dark and cold night.
C-oal clouds don't gather,
A-s the fog and mist diminish;
B-ecause of the shining beacon,
A-nother haze starts to vanish.
N-o more rugged wind,
S-oft breeze fills the place;
A-iming to kiss the lady
G-irl with a lovely face.
