Ghost On the Horizon

Will there be someone who see’s through the lies How long can I wear this smile as my disguise Every time I ask or lend my hand for help They lead me to a fate that I just can’t escape myself Will there be someone who feels my heart bleed Can there be someone who see’s my dying need Cause there’s a ghost on the horizon Who see’s I’m tired and I’m worn If I bow to him now, I won’t see the light of dawn There’s a ghost on the horizon Watching as I sleep If I bow to him now, I will never raise from his feet Will there be someone who adds substance to my life Will there be anyone who looks beyond these ey Will there be someone who feels my heart bleed Can there be someone who see’s my dying need
