Getting Fit When I Need To Sit

I am conscious of my flabby thighs
and know I need to do more exercise

Thankfully my weak bladder's helping me -
I get up three times each night to pee!

I climb up and down two flights of stairs
and now manage these steep steps in pairs

Perhaps at night less tea I need to sup
But it sure is helping my thighs to firm up

Of course its fictional poem you know -
because our house is just a bungalow!
