Getting Fit When I Need To Sit

I am conscious of my flabby thighs and know I need to do more exercise Thankfully my weak bladder's helping me - I get up three times each night to pee! I climb up and down two flights of stairs and now manage these steep steps in pairs Perhaps at night less tea I need to sup But it sure is helping my thighs to firm up Of course its fictional poem you know - because our house is just a bungalow! 1/23/20

Written so 'cutely,' I just want to snuggle with this poem, Jan!... And viewing the title once more, May I suggest chair exercise? Ha, ha. I attended a class for a few weeks, and it was tough to keep up with the instructor at first... I can guarantee you that the chair will get in excellent shape! LOL. Thanks, Gershon
