Genuine Guidance

If you feel your mind racing and not slowing down Or worrisome thoughts that bring a frown If your mind is jumping ahead to what may be Return to today and all you can see What is outside the window nearby? What are the cloud formations in the sky? Can you hear the birds somewhere singing a song? Because right here and now is where you belong Try to find what you love from within your heart For all that is genuine will not fall apart! Heidi Sands 8/14/20
