Gamblers Anonymous
To these meetings, many more people will go,
as long as the gambling industry continues to grow.
Folks come from the track, the lottery, and the casino.
Outside help is what these gullible victims seek.
They meet at designated locations once a week.
Because this was a vice they could not control,
their compulsive habits have taken a toll.
They only know each other by their first name.
All of them have individual stories of shame.
Sharing their experiences will help the process.
Hopefully, they will save each other from distress.
They will not only help themselves, but their families,
as they put their lives back together from this disease.
