There was a commotion in the church pews Town drunk had opened a bottle of booze All the congregants stared The town drunk wasn't scared Belched and said, "Wait 'till I take off my shoes!"

ha. That was so silly that it was funny!! thanks for your comment on my poem, but I find no courage in admitting my fears. I do it all the time!! I guess, if anything, I am guilty of TMI!!

It was totally silly, wasn't it?! Thanks for putting up with such goofiness. I had 'Otis,' the town drunk on the old 'Andy Griffith' show in mind with this one... And I still maintain that you 'got guts!' Cheers, Andrea. ~ gw
