Fruity Ride
FRUITY RIDE
When I was nine years old
My Grandma taught me Mathematics.
She had cut two pieces of watermelon
in shape of equal circular discs
and convinced me the tricks
of conversion of circular motion
into linear and made me clear.
Circular melon pieces resembled
wheels to be assembled
to make a bi-cycle!
As the wheels to swirl and whirl
bi-cycle to run on straight path
in joy and mirth.
So, I started to complete the construction
in fruity zone.
I cut smaller portion of circular pieces of pine-apple
to use as wheels of chain
attached to two paddles
made from rectangular pieces of apple.
A piece was cut off from pear in shape of seat.
Chain of cycle I made with a garland
of series of strawberries.
Sugar cane sticks were used to form the rods.
So! Pulpy juicy delicious ! Bi-cycle! Marvellous!
offering fantasy ride for any Fruity Fairy.
