Jan, yes...a lot of us have trouble whipping up meringue. It does have a light feel and a bit of a crunch too. Take care and please make another batch!!

just meringue, whipped cream and fruit - it has to be home made though - some meringues you get are like powdery hard shells not like the crisp and chewiness of a 'real' home made one:-) hugs Jan xx

yes its baked on the lowest setting possible - i love Pavolova when its crisp on the outside yet chewy in the middle! yum yum yum! hugs jan xx
