My Kiwi friend makes this often. So good! I cannot make the peaks soft. I cannot make the peaks at all, if honest. :( Congratulations on your win!

Jan, yes...a lot of us have trouble whipping up meringue. It does have a light feel and a bit of a crunch too. Take care and please make another batch!!

just meringue, whipped cream and fruit - it has to be home made though - some meringues you get are like powdery hard shells not like the crisp and chewiness of a 'real' home made one:-) hugs Jan xx
