Andrea, The buzzard still lies beside the road it seems to be still whole uneaten but I haven't gotten out of the vehicle and looked closely. It seems even the ants haven't touched it. My husband says that it is too cold for the ants that they are eating stored food and not getting out of their unground safety zone..Thanks for stopping by..Sara

Jan, Thanks for stopping by..What a way to end the year...Sad that this member of the flock is no longer with his family..There was a dead deer there and I guess they were eating the deer and he ate so much he couldn't fly away..They will do that and he probably got run over by a truck or car ...Sara
