Frozen
Frozen in time is the angry heart;
The anti-Valentine,
Keeping those who love apart,
For a held proud state of mind.
So close it is to a lover’s day,
Won’t you soften the resentful freeze,
Come close to me while you may,
Or I will be frozen, too, with thee.
