frittlefetters Measure Hufflebump
frittlefetters arrived in a bunch when the dusk began.
The hufflebump became excited as only his kind can.
what will we do first? he asked the mighty crew.
First we are trying to figure out the size of you.
he forgot they would have to measure him of course.
He knew he was seventeen hands, like a common horse.
The frittlefetters took out their measuring tape to begin.
You are taller than we thought! They promptly told him.
Not too tall though? He asked, fearing their reply.
We will make it work said a frittlefetter named guy.
He was glad, for he had wanted this gig for a long time.
They hired him in an hour and paid him two dollars and a dime.
