Friends Help You When You Can'T Help Yourself
I have never seen a sight
Of someone wound up so tight
Ready to explode and crack
What made you get so off track
From the happiness you had
What was evil and so bad
It turned you from being mellow
To the disturbed and mad fellow
With a scowl on his face
That has taken the old place
Of smiles that used to be
Worn by you so easily
I want to help and make you see
This whole kind of misery
Affects everyone around
Please tell me why your so down
So I can destroy it fast
And break this cold and dark cast
That is making you so hard
You have put up a large guard
And wont let anyone in
I promise it will begin
To crack a little each day
As I'm lighting up the way
Of a bridge that you can cross
And forget the pain, just toss
All of it away and find
It can all be left behind
If you trust friends to help you
When your feeling so blue
And talk it out before it gets
You so insane and upset
That you can't come back from it
Just take all of life's bad shi---
And flush it away so far
It can't hurt you anymore
