Fresh Future
D-awn of the fresh future
O-pens first of January;
N-ine more nights to go,
A-ll we do is wait and see.
R-eaching the fresh future
I-s allowing the past to end;
V-iew of fireworks is expected,
E-arly December twenty-second.
R-ay of light has taken over, giving hope to the venture;
A-im to sense and smell the scent of fresh future.
