Freedom
The battle rages on to make freedom thrive
It's inscribed in our hearts to keep it alive
Freedom's not won by words alone
It requires the sword to bring the point home
Just like the sword freedom must be honed
Failure to do so will leave freedom entombed
Some take it for granted as facts they deny
But the slave yearned for freedom, for it he would die
When the battle is over and you've vanquished your foe
Celebrate liberty wherever you go
Those who aren't free will soon fall apart
But free men are brothers, right from the start
