Hello my angels

Did you know that you have five seconds to make a choice when you first wake up in the morning before your mind decides to take over.....what you do in those five seconds is crucial to how your mindset and day will be......do you have a plan

RULE YOUR MIND.....
DONT LET IT RULE YOU

When you wake up first thing in the morning, SMILE ?? and take 3slow deep breaths and Start writing ?? in a journal and count your blessings. You’ll gain an attitude of gratitude

Your automatic negative thoughts are filled with all kinds of conflicting information if you don’t know what you are thinking you won’t know what you need to change...... you can’t measure what you don’t know

When you can master your mind you will change your life and the lives and thoughts of those around you for generations to come

I thank God for my strong mind and body....lol considering I’ve had so many broken bones in my body over the last few years LOL but I always maintained the fight against being brought down by pain or anything else

So I challenge myself no more broken ribs LOL ?? week two no chemicals After being down with a broken rib and having to go back on morphine way too much craziness Being inactive almost like The Walking Dead I never want to see that path again.....

Seeing that path also challenged me and gave me a week and I realize that I gave way to the insanity of chemicals instead of relying on my faith...my brain training programs...magic for the mind and knowledge.....

So my angels the more you focus on something other than yourself every day, you will lessen the pain. Your mind will build a barrier that you can control.

And when you focus on something other than your anxiety, depression, pain, fear etc., it takes the focus off of you

start asking yourself better questions in the morning and every hour of the day when you feel negative keep yourself busy because that is the answer To become a master of your mind

I dedicate this poem to Tony Robbins I’ve been sitting here for the last two hours listening to one of his counselling programs on focus. So far I’ve written 10 poems lol.

So my angels if you wanna change your life here is your challenge for the next 30 days and I would like to hear your report

In your success journal every morning
Write down why you are grateful

Write a little bit about what’s happening in your life?

What are you noticing as you ?? Writing in your journal ?? every morning? ??

Have you already begun to notice your attitude feelings thoughts and reactions as well as focus and pain ?? levels have changed or is changing? ??

Are you being more decisive? ??
Are you making more plans, decisions, taking risks, chances, trusting, feeling more powerful ???

Are you more powerful in your communications? ??

Have you decided to lose weight, join a gym? Networking? Changing your eating habits or Behavior? ??

Have you decided to stop smoking, drinking or being around negative people and making new ?? Friends ?? ?

Are you feeling better about the possibilities in life.?

Remember life worth living is worth recording because every second that you miss you miss growth and beauty and all of that belongs to you
