Forgotten Paradise
In your arms is a forgotten paradise
dancing into the night
Shadows fading from the light
In your eyes I see dreams
dreams that where meant to be
But never again for you and me
just memories of what used to be
I kiss your lips
those lips of a forgotten paradise
and I dare to dream of loving you
But misty eyes dampen the spark again
we part to be only friends
only friends
Once again I allow you to slip away
an farewell embrace with nothing to say
And my forgotten paradise into my heart fades
