For the Soldiers

Pray your hearts out, For those alive, Remember those dead, And long gone lost, Think about those dying, and pray with your mind. Think of those upon the field of battle, For the soldiers we remember, And hope blossoms in our hearts, When we hear of survival of soldiers, In deep desert hearts. For the soldiers we pray, For the soldiers we perform, Bands go to them and play their music loud, Commending the soldier for his actions. It is all for the soldiers that fight away from home, Who place their lives in front, To protect those at home, So democracy can continue another day. For the soldiers, I say, For them we shall pray, For them we shall reply with letters and gifts, to fill their hearts with hope. For the soldiers! All come together, And hear us out, Scream to the heavens and give them hope, For the soldiers! For the soldiers! For the soldiers!
