Following My Heart

Have you ever had to do something that was really difficult? Something so difficult that you couldn't explain it to anyone in the world except one person? You knew that no one would believe you even if you tried to let them into your heart and mind. I am just about ready to embark on the journey of a lifetime. A journey of ups and downs and twists and bends. A journey of tears of joy for the impact on others. The cost is high. The stakes are set. The suitcases are still sitting in my dining room begging to be carried to the next post on the road. Have you ever known your entire life that you were called for a purpose? A purpose that you never understood yet you were spoken to about it since you were a little girl? Little whispers in your ear your entire life and angels carrying you off to dreams of flight in the night? This journey is going to be one incredible ride. This journey doesn't even have a road map. I was told to just follow my heart. Follow my heart and begin delivering people left and right and sharing the love of Jesus Christ. I am almost ready to lace up my sneakers. Saving up every penny that I've ever earned and selling all my earthly possessions in order to leave right on time. The clock is ticking and the plane is approaching the tarmac. Throwing my hat in the brisk wind and following my Savior. It's time to follow my heart. gwendolen rix 5-30-15
