Flow
As the ocean sways into the sunny day.
With the wind whooshing like in caves.
A little girl replied oh my little friend the flow around is washing away my fears.
As a tear drops, the melting feeling is within my soul.
On the beach the crunchy sand feeling as it rushes through her hands.
The girl replied oh my little friend the pain feels low as nature flows.
A little crab goes side by side as it clamps its claws.
The leaves from the trees fall gracefully.
The little girl replied I feel like I can fly into the air as the guilt disappears.
White clouds around like a crowd, but she wonders why they don't make a sound.
The little girl looks around as she sees a feather fall from the sky.
Within seconds she looks to the right to see a bird flying in the sky.
But as she stands and closes her eyes she sways with the wind as she spins.
She replied this is what flow feels like, peace.
The smooth feeling around as her feet touch the ground.
She smiles thinking flow is just like rain.
As the rain falls it flows slowly into puddles making you feel light as if weight has taken flight off your body.
Flow is not just peace, it's the quietness in your surroundings. These light movements sway slowly in a circle for your eyes to memorize and perceive.
Halcyon can be breathtaking, that feeling you get when surrounded by coldness and you take a deep breath just to let all that hurt and pain out.
This little girl has been hurt and stressed, Feeling like a tight squeeze that feels like you can't breathe.
Peace can be meditation, all the things you need to clear your mind feeling like a loud room full of dismissive thoughts and feelings.
Once you feel that level of calmness there's nothing that can bring you tensity and impairment on your chest.
