Flock of Birds
They fly through space without a trace,
Then land on a branch without space.
I look in wonder as their eggs appear,
cracking and showing their face.
A cheep and peck I see and hear chirping endlessly,
then a worm appears then swallowed and at peace.
Their tummy is full and a smile I see,
Back to sleep they go, without a peep.
