Floating: The New Frontier in Physical and Emotional Health | Military.com

"I'm everywhere; I'm just a soul that's floating around here on earth." Lauren Jauregui I’d love to be floating without a care - drifting to sky in a giant balloon - gliding with breezes up into the air pretending I even could touch the moon. In and out of scenes Mother Nature weaves, I’d love to be floating without a care drifting like autumn’s most colorful leaves round trees, over meadows, in skies so fair - When life gets to be more than I can bear - like twigs being carried down cool fresh streams, I’d love to be floating without a care or lifting off ground as I’ve done in some dreams. To be like birds effortlessly gliding winging my way as I live on a prayer. How nice to be on swift currents riding. I’d love to be floating without a care.

You have imagined a quixotic situation. It will be so pleasant to float in the blue on a balloon so weightless without a care. A beautiful quatern and a well deserved win. Congratulations dear Andrea.

Andrea, your poems have their own special touch. This one is too good...floating made so mystic with nature ..touching the moon , yes the words touched Our Hearts too

What a great idea. How I miss the sea. I would float there forever. Not in sweet water though. I once tried in a pool and found it exhausting. To float in the sea is so exhilarating as you so well wrote. And how I admire the ease of rhyme when you write these poems. Hugs xx

I’ve tried a float tank a few times. I thought it would be claustrophobic but it was the exact opposite. The complete darkness’s made me feel like I was floating in outer space.

Wouldn't we all like that feeling/s of freedom from time to time. I hope your situation is much better now with everyone's health. I know there has been a great deal of stress on you and your whole family in the last few weeks. Thanks for sharing this one with us. If for a contest, it reads like a good contender to me. Way to go. Thank you for your visit to my page and the nice review of my work. Sara

What an exquisite and soft creation! You expressed 'floating' carefree so well. I, too, would love to be floating without a care. Have a wonderful weekend, Sara Etgen-Baker
