A pool of pink flowers boom in my yard Not something you can walk by and discard I live in the woods on a mountain hill So, it brightly stands out to fulfill, My soul in a heightened special place With chairs nearby to sit, memories trace Take in this pink beauty, while it chooses to last Because moments are fleeting and time goes fast!
