There’s so many contests I’ve done
The remit of this sounded fun
To pick a profession
I have a confession
I simply can’t pick only one

So...

Astronomers deal with astronomy
While Chefs get involved with gastronomy
My Plumber mends leaks
My kid’s teacher speaks
While Poets all play with word-onomy

Ha ha, good one. I might even say it's the most galactic, sumptuous, watertight, educational, word-onomous poem I've ever read. :-)
