Fireflies, lithe torch bearers
Flaming bugs on small wings
Fairies of the dark night
Freelance electricians
Fleetingly come and go
Flitting incandescence
Flickering before eyes.

Love the line - 'Freelance electricians!' That takes an eye for creativity! btw, maybe you can start an agency and hire them out. Chicago is in desperate need of more qualified electricians! lol.

“Freelance electricians” literally , this made me think, maybe they really are the electricians in their realm, how creative is this pleiades. They really are like beautiful fairies of the night. Do you see fireflies alot where you are from? All these fireflies poems making me want to see them again. Goodluck for the contest
