finding his dream woman

He found his maiden in the midst of the battle Alabaster skin, peach cheeks, azure eyes She could be a lady-in-waiting or the king’s ward Or possibly the princess Marguerita herself Without words, they moved toward each other She extended her hands; he took them and pledged his protection I will keep you safe, he told her; knowing he would die to save her She was demure, polite, and perfect. His dream woman.
